Laboratory

The lab was established in the early 2022 with intentions to test our own produce from our manufacturers across the world.
Afterwards we developed our personal line of production which includes connectors from various manufacturors .
We invested in high quality measuring machines which include Interferometer, IL/RL meter, Fiber Microscope, two polishing machines , two ovens and a Laser machine to be able to engrave on the connectors.
As a laboratory we can offer you a wide area of services:
• Assembling pigtails, patch cords with various connectors and lengths
• Polishing/repolishing connectors, OTDR launch cable/buffer
• Diagnostics on your components which includes end-face check with Interferometer, Inspection Micrscope and IL/RL tester and final QC test
We are providing high quality testing, quality assurance and analysis tools for optical inspection of connector and fiber end-faces.
We have strict QC procedures: each of our product units will have to pass the 3 -layer QC test, pre-production material inspection, post-production stability and performance testing, pre-delivery packaging inspections and controls.
We work only with high quality materials.
The secret of our success is years of experience and a strong desire to innovate.
We are certified R&M laboratory with certificate №2100-2506 from June 2024.
